The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two directors on our WW Prime team in Seattle, Washington: Director, UX Design and our Sr. Principal Engineer in Prime Tech. This role provides strategic partnership and administrative support to senior leaders, demonstrating strong judgment and ability to work independently with high judgment. The role requires excellence in core administrative responsibilities including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management, while also driving process improvements, managing cross-organizational projects, and developing mechanisms to increase operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, influence across multiple stakeholder groups, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and anticipate leaders' and organizations' needs. They should demonstrate strong business acumen, ability to drive organizational effectiveness through establishing and maintaining processes/mechanisms, and capability to manage large-scale events and initiatives. In addition, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical, as is the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
