Vergara Miller Law Firm is seeking a Marketing Director to elevate our brand, expand our reach, and drive campaigns that inspire and inform. You’ll lead a talented marketing team to develop innovative strategies that connect with our audience and support our mission of helping immigrants find justice and opportunity. About the Role As Marketing Director, you’ll oversee all marketing initiatives, from digital campaigns to community engagement, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our core values and mission. You’ll combine creativity and analytics to strengthen our online presence, generate leads, and build brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Marketing team to execute impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies to support firm-wide goals. Oversee advertising and content on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI. Collaborate with the Sales team to align messaging and support lead conversion. Manage vendor relationships and ensure consistent brand standards across all materials. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership or digital strategy. Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, SEO, and social media analytics. Proficiency with tools like ManyChat, Zapier, and Airtable. Exceptional communication, creative, and project management skills. Passionate about meaningful storytelling and social impact.
