Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

We are looking for someone with a strong media and advertising foundation; well versed in Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, planning, presenting, executing, and optimizing all media strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Lead, build, execute, and optimize media campaigns for a variety of clients
  • Support and collaborate with team members on best practices and strategies
  • Traffic campaigns through Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DV360 YouTube, etc.
  • Work with creative team to make creative optimizations
  • Consistently be in the know of new or changing capabilities for media channels
  • Prepare, analyze, and present performance reports
  • Handle clients’ budgets and billing facilitation
  • Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyzing key metrics (e.g., reach, frequency, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and making data-driven optimizations to improve results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and execution.
  • Present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an undergraduate college degree
  • Four+ years of experience in paid digital media
  • Resume of successful work
  • Proven track record of developing successful campaigns
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Positive references
