Senior UX Designer

A technology-driven organization is seeking a Senior UX / Product Experience Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, engaging digital experiences across cloud-native and mobile platforms. This role owns the end-to‑end user journey—from flows and wireframes to polished visuals—and collaborates closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

End-to‑End Design Ownership

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production‑ready assets
• Develop and refine UI/UX using Figma and Photoshop
• Write clear, engaging UI copy and microcopy
• Partner with product teams to translate requirements into user‑centric designs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure flawless implementation

User‑Centered Design Practices

• Conduct usability testing and feedback sessions
• Iterate designs based on user insights and data
• Champion accessibility and design consistency across platforms

Design System & Brand Alignment

• Help shape design systems and style guides for scalability
• Maintain visual and brand consistency across all experiences

Qualifications

Required

• 7–10+ years of UX/Product Experience design across web and mobile platforms
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma and Photoshop (Sketch, Illustrator, After Effects a plus)
• Experience collaborating with product owners and engineering teams
• Deep understanding of UX best practices and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and ability to advocate for design decisions
• This role is onsite in Holmdel, NJ; candidates must be local or able to commute
