Digital User Experience (UX) Researcher II—Remote

Digital User Experience (UX) Researcher II – Remote, 12‑month contract, pay $48.00–$51.00 per hour. Must work CST or EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead usability studies across mobile banking, online banking, and application processes.
• Design, set up, and manage usability tests through UserTesting.com.
• Recruit participants, create task scenarios, and facilitate test sessions.
• Analyze and synthesize findings to identify friction points and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and digital teams to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with accessibility specialists when accessibility or inclusion‑related issues are uncovered.
• Deliver clear, evidence‑based reports and insights to stakeholders, ensuring recommendations are actionable and user‑centered.

Required Skills

• Proven experience running usability testing.
• Familiarity with UserTesting.com or similar tools.
• 3 years of experience in usability research with actionable insights.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of design thinking, customer‑centric design, or data‑driven design.
• Finance background helpful but not required.
