Web Designer & Developer (Webflow + WordPress)

We’re looking for a creative web designer and developer who can bring digital stories to life through refined design, thoughtful structure, and clean code.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive Webflow sites from Figma or design system files.
• Maintain and update WordPress sites, performing content, layout, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Develop clear, accessible, and consistent design solutions with a strong eye for detail in type, spacing, and composition.
• Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to translate concepts into functional, immersive web experiences.
• Build scalable, client-friendly CMS systems in Webflow and WordPress.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO while documenting and organizing work for easy handoff.
• Support marketing efforts with occasional design and layout work in email builders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing sites in Webflow and WordPress.
• Strong grasp of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and CMS architecture.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational habits.
• Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.

Preferred

• Familiarity with motion and animation frameworks like GSAP or Lottie.
• Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Illustrator.
• Background in agency or storytelling-driven projects.
