Web Designer & Developer (Webflow + WordPress) We’re looking for a creative web designer and developer who can bring digital stories to life through refined design, thoughtful structure, and clean code. Responsibilities Design and build responsive Webflow sites from Figma or design system files. Maintain and update WordPress sites, performing content, layout, and troubleshooting tasks. Develop clear, accessible, and consistent design solutions with a strong eye for detail in type, spacing, and composition. Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to translate concepts into functional, immersive web experiences. Build scalable, client-friendly CMS systems in Webflow and WordPress. Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO while documenting and organizing work for easy handoff. Support marketing efforts with occasional design and layout work in email builders. Requirements 3+ years of experience designing and developing sites in Webflow and WordPress. Strong grasp of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and CMS architecture. Excellent attention to detail and organizational habits. Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments. Preferred Familiarity with motion and animation frameworks like GSAP or Lottie. Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices. Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Illustrator. Background in agency or storytelling-driven projects.
