Greensboro, NC (Hybrid – 2 anchor days onsite between Tuesday–Thursday)

About the Role We are seeking a
Sr. Marketing Manager
(Performance/Growth) to bridge the gap between marketing and sales and drive revenue performance. This is a
new role
designed to bring clarity, insight, and proactive planning to global marketing strategy.
You’ll partner with sales to optimize client acquisition and retention, analyze campaign performance, and help define KPIs that align with revenue goals. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love turning data into actionable insights, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve revenue performance.
Analyze digital campaign performance across channels (search, social, email, webinars).
Interpret dashboards, identify trends, and recommend adjustments in real time.
Define KPIs and benchmarks for marketing ROI and revenue goals.
Support fiscal year strategy and quarterly pacing across global markets.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics or revenue performance roles.
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing performance.
Experience with global markets (India, Singapore, Middle East).
CRM expertise:
Microsoft Dynamics
(required).
Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Visualization tools: Looker Studio or Power BI.
Social tools: Sprout Social, Google Search Console.
Familiarity with event/webinar marketing and boosting attendance.
Strategic thinker, proactive communicator, and naturally curious.
