Digital Marketing Manager

Location:

Irvine, CA (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs onsite; Mon/Fri remote) Pay Rate:

$38 - $41/hour Work Hours:

Monday–Friday, standard office hours (40 hours/week; OT as needed with approval)

Purpose / Overview The Digital Marketing Manager supports the brand by managing social media accounts, creating and distributing content, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, creative execution, and collaboration across cross-functional teams including brand, PR, creative, and digital.

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts and coordinate content creation, scheduling, and analytics (Brandbox, Exfluential, EveryoneSocial, and brand channels).

Develop and review copy and visuals for daily content calendars.

Submit and manage materials through

Veeva Vault PromoMats , including annotation, anchor text, and compliance routing.

Attend content capture events and assist with marketing logistics such as patient contracts and campaign tracking.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance.

Communicate campaign progress, share insights, and maintain alignment with brand messaging.

Track KPIs including engagement growth, content timeliness, and compliance accuracy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Content Accuracy & Compliance Rate:

≥98% first-pass approval in Veeva.

Timely Content Delivery:

On-time or early content calendar deliverables.

Engagement Growth:

Increased likes, shares, comments, and reach.

Brand Consistency:

100% alignment with brand standards.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Positive feedback from brand and agency partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years of marketing experience , ideally in digital or social media.

Strong

visual and written content creation

skills (copywriting, graphic design, short-form video).

Experience using

workflow/review tools

such as

Veeva Vault

or similar.

Experience working in a

regulated industry

(pharma, healthcare, beauty).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), and digital asset management tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Digital Marketing or Social Media certifications .

Experience with

brand content calendars

and cross-functional creative workflows.

Familiarity with

Brandbox, Exfluential, EveryoneSocial , or similar platforms.

Understanding of compliance and content approval processes in healthcare marketing.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a

team-oriented, fast-paced

environment.
