Digital Marketing Manager

Location:

Irvine, CA / HYBRID

Duration:

12 months with possible extension

Responsibilities

Managing social media accounts, creating and distributing content, analyzing website analytics, and assisting with email campaigns and other online marketing efforts – such as and not limited to Brandbox, Exfluential, EveryOne Social and all Natrelle social accounts.

Daily review of social media content calendar and copy review and development for all Natrelle O&O channels.

Assist in the development and execution of social media content capture and attend events as required.

Prepare and submit materials for medical, legal, regulatory and compliance reviews in an online document‑control system (Veeva Vault PromoMats). Annotate documents and create anchor text for references. Attend weekly steering committee meetings with key stakeholders. Communicate frequently with materials reviewer to ensure deadlines are met. Work in Veeva fluidly.

Assist in the coordination and development and logistics of patient contracts.

Own the Veeva process start to finish for partners on the Natrelle marketing team.

Other duties as assigned.

Other Expectations

Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (creative, PR, digital, and brand marketing) to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.

Actively participate in regular meetings to update on campaign progress, share insights, and coordinate deliverables.

Share content calendars and draft posts with brand marketing for feedback and brand alignment prior to publishing.

Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and compliance standards by routing through appropriate approval processes (such as Veeva review).

Communicate any updates or changes in social media trends, platform policies, or project timelines to relevant teams promptly.

Provide and receive feedback constructively to improve campaign effectiveness and agency collaboration.

Potential KPI’s

Content Accuracy & Compliance Rate – Percentage of social media posts approved without requiring rework or revisions in Veeva review (target of 98% first‑pass approval).

Content Production Timeliness – Percentage of posts delivered on or ahead of the agreed‑upon content calendar deadlines.

Cross‑Team Collaboration Score – Qualitative or quantitative rating from other agency or brand teams on communication effectiveness and collaboration.

Engagement Metrics – Growth in audience engagement (likes, shares, comments) as a result of published content.

Brand Consistency Index – Percentage of content pieces adhering to brand guidelines without correction after internal review.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies

Keen eye for creativity and has a basic understanding of digital applications including design tools.

Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to multi‑task various projects simultaneously.

Self‑starter who proactively seeks solutions to ensure positive outcomes and on‑time deliverables.

Must be a good communicator and enjoys creative writing and thinking.

Excels administratively and is proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Apps, Google Apps, tracking and monitoring budgets, promotions, and marketing deliverables.

Keen marketing sense and thrives in a busy environment.

Team player who can step in as needed on ad hoc requests and collaborate cross‑functionally with various departments to include Brands, Allergan Medical Institute, Alle, Field Training and Field Sales.

Flexible and easily adapts to change.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.

1–3 years of marketing experience with a growing level of responsibility.

Experience with social media is required.

Experience with pharmaceuticals, medical device products, beauty is a plus.

Knowledge of basic marketing strategies.

Strong written and visual content creation skills (copywriting, graphics, video).

Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Ability and experience to use workflow and review tools, such as Veeva Vault or similar systems.

Experience working in a regulated industry (pharmaceuticals, healthcare, etc.) with attention to detail and compliance.

Certifications in digital marketing or social media are a plus.
