Position: Marketing Operations Analyst We’re seeking a detail‑driven Marketing Operations Analyst to power the execution of high‑impact marketing programs. You’ll partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure initiatives—from product launches to campaigns—are tracked, measured, and optimized for revenue growth. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of operations experience, a passion for data, and a desire to grow within a fast‑paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Management:
Implement end‑to‑end HubSpot operations and process execution for Marketing. Own HubSpot data integrity across marketing programs, ensuring accurate segmentation and lead scoring.
Process Optimization:
Partner with Marketing and Sales to identify, document, and implement process improvements that drive efficiency.
Lead Conversion Support:
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead‑to‑opportunity conversion through data‑driven campaign enhancements.
Reporting and Analytics:
Build and analyze HubSpot reports to deliver actionable insights on lead conversion and campaign performance for Marketing and Sales. Continuously measure and report the impact of implemented improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Operations.
Proficiency with HubSpot and Excel.
Process‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Critical thinking and ability to analyze and solve problems independently with data‑driven insights.
Collaborative, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Bonus:
Experience using Chili Piper, Google Workspace, Slack, ZeroBounce, Zoom, and/or ZoomInfo.
Compensation YCharts is committed to pay equity and transparency. Total cash compensation ranges from $62,000 to $82,000 USD, inclusive of bonuses and variable compensation. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
