Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Chili Piper Build and maintain automation workflows for lead management and campaign tracking Partner with Demand Generation, Lifecycle, and Sales Operations for smooth handoffs and accurate reporting Develop dashboards and insights to measure marketing performance and ROI Lead quarterly planning and goal-setting processes to operationalize marketing objectives What is Required (Qualifications):

5–7 years of total experience, including 3+ years in Marketing Operations for a B2B SaaS organization Proven success in managing and optimizing marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce Experience in implementing data flows between systems and building marketing-to-sales attribution models Strong analytical and technical skills, comfortable using BI tools Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
