Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Ascendo Resources is looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our Miami office as soon as possible. This is a permanent, full-time role that will provide company-wide support across all marketing, branding, and social content activities. The ideal candidate is an early-career marketer (1 to 3+ years of experience) with a passion for social media, branding, and digital marketing. You'll help elevate our online presence, manage campaigns, and create engaging content that reflects our culture and success stories.

We're looking for a creative self-starter who's organized, collaborative, and ready to grow. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. This is an on-site (5 days/week) position, with the ability to go hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) after the first 3 months.

The Role As our Marketing Coordinator, you are the guardian of Ascendo’s brand identity across all social and paid channels. You’ll receive brand direction and strategic input, and it will be your responsibility to bring that to life consistently across every platform.

You’ll manage content calendars, post frequently, engage with our audience, and ensure Ascendo’s brand is executed flawlessly and cohesively. This is a hands- on role for someone who wants to live in the platforms, actively engage our audience, and refine every piece of content for maximum impact.

You Own the Brand in Motion This is not a purely conceptual role. You are the doer, the executor, the engager, the optimizer, the person who ensures Ascendo’s social presence is live, relevant, and aligned every day.

You are in the apps constantly, posting, responding, trend-watching, and engaging

You take direction on brand and campaign priorities and turn them into content and performance results

You prioritize needs across markets, understand audience engagement goals, and build content schedules accordingly

You own the quality, consistency, and tone of everything we put into the social and paid space

You execute at a high level and are relentless in your attention to detail, speed, and standards

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, posting daily, publishing Stories and Reels, and engaging with customers in real time

Track performance and tie content strategy directly to business outcomes

Translate data into creative iteration, using performance insights to improve copy, visual direction, audience targeting, and channel mix

Attend company events to capture content, support launches, and gain firsthand brand knowledge

Manage content library to fulfil brand and asset needs consistently

1 to 3+ years in organic social, content creation/editing, and copywriting.

A portfolio of creative social content/campaigns you’ve managed, with clear examples of audience targeting and performance metrics (reach, lead generation and conversion, etc.).

Skilled in short-form storytelling and video editing with experience using TikTok, Reels, and emerging formats

Conversion-focused copywriter who understands tone, urgency, CTAs, and storytelling

Strong brand instincts, able to maintain visual and messaging consistency across multiple sub-brands and geographic markets

Organized project manager with the ability to manage calendars, requests, and creative pipelines.

Relentless executor who thrives in the details, actively posting, scheduling, engaging, and refining content across platforms

Strong writing and review skills with an eye for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
