About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on and creative

Social Media Manager

to lead the end-to-end social media output across all our digital channels. Acting as both a strategist and creator, this role blends creativity with results‑driven execution — ideal for someone who enjoys crafting engaging stories, designing impactful visuals, and translating complex topics into clear, relatable content for a dynamic audience.

As part of our marketing team, you’ll work with the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for planning, creating, and posting content that educates and engages our community. You’ll help shape how our brand communicates with audiences across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and on‑brand.

Key Responsibilities Content and Social Media

Ideate, draft, and schedule high‑quality social media content across Dataprana’s social media channels.

Grow Dataprana’s following across active social media channels.

Lead community engagement online in order to build brand loyalty, increase awareness, and drive long‑term success.

Maintain and update a detailed multi‑channel content calendar.

Repurpose long‑form content (e.g., blogs, reports, announcements) into engaging, bite‑size pieces optimized for each platform.

Produce accompanying visuals, such as infographics, short videos, and social graphics.

Shoot, edit, and publish high‑quality content (video, photo, etc.) that reflects Dataprana’s brand voice and engages our target audience. Monitor relevant trends and gather insights across social platforms in order to propose timely, informed, and relevant content ideas.

Keep tabs on competitors’ content and share actionable insights with the marketing team.

Paid Advertising and Sponsored Posts

Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Design and own the production of ad creatives—graphics, short videos, and copy—aligned with brand and campaign objectives.

Set up and manage ad accounts and tracking tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.

Develop and optimize audience targeting strategies, including demographic, behavioral, and retargeting segments.

Monitor campaign performance daily and identify high‑performing organic content to boost for greater reach and engagement.

Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align paid efforts with overall brand strategy and messaging, as well as lead acquisition goals.

Organization and Coordination

Maintain a shared library of creative assets and content materials.

Track key content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, clicks, impressions) and highlight insights for optimization.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams across departments to gather content requirements, updates, success stories, establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

Suggest new ways to promote company offerings to the community and to reach measurable value.

Actively monitor and moderate our forums (Telegram), keeping conversations active by engaging and supporting the community as needed

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in social media management or content creation.

Proficiency in relevant editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools).

Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with strong attention to tone, clarity, and accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to create visually engaging and impactful content for professional audiences, especially on LinkedIn and X.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Willingness to learn and understand our industry and audience in order to craft meaningful, strategic content.

Some travel may be required for content creation, events, or team coordination.

Experience using Asana or similar project management software is a plus.

Preferred:

Depending on the creative direction and needs of certain content ideas, our ideal candidate will be comfortable being both in‑front of and behind the camera.

Compensation

Base: $55-65,000 USD (DOE)

Performance‑based annual cash bonus: Up to 15%

10 days Paid Time Off (PTO) annually

6 paid US holidays
