Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM COMPENSATION:

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Strong Leadership Skills Confident in leading project teams, coordinating across departments, and making proactive decisions to keep projects moving efficiently and effectively. Residential Remodeling Industry Expertise Deep understanding of home renovation processes, materials, codes, and customer expectations—especially in kitchen and bath remodeling. Bilingual Language Skills (Helpful) The ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus, especially in diverse communities, to better serve a wider client base. Proficiency in Layouts & Blueprints Skilled in reading, interpreting, and creating accurate layouts and blueprints for kitchen and bathroom spaces; familiarity with design software is a strong advantage. Problem Solving & Decision Making Can identify issues quickly, analyze options, and implement effective solutions under pressure while maintaining professionalism. Organizational & Time Management Skills Able to manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Adaptability & Versatility Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; can shift gears when unexpected challenges arise while staying focused on outcomes. Physical Capability Capable of conducting site visits, reviewing installations on location, and managing light physical demands related to on-site coordination. REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 2+ years' experience in home improvement, kitchens, acrylic bathrooms, flooring is a plus 2+ years' experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, decorator/designer Knowledge of construction and code requirements Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong Mathematical Skills Accurate measurement and documentation skills Must be able to create and read hand drawn layout and blueprints 2020 Design software is a PLUS Sales background is a PLUS Must be willing to drive up to 70 miles Must be in good physical condition to perform with no limits tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds RESPONSIBILITIES: Intake & Review Orders from the Sales Team Review project details, scope, and client expectations provided by the Sales Team to ensure accuracy and feasibility before project kickoff. Meet with Clients to Finalize Measurements & Layouts Conduct on-site or virtual meetings with clients to confirm precise measurements and finalize layout designs, particularly for kitchen and bath spaces. Conduct Site Visits on Active Jobs Regularly inspect ongoing job sites to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, verify installation accuracy, and address any on-site concerns. Troubleshoot and Resolve Escalated Issues Serve as the point of contact for handling complex or urgent project issues, resolving them efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience. Support with Additional Tasks as Assigned Provide assistance across various departments and duties as needed, contributing to a collaborative and productive team environment.
