Summary At Duvel USA we’re in the business of brewing great beers, and beverages, and creating connection. The primary role of the Digital Marketing Coordinator is to develop content and support strategy for various digital marketing channels under the Duvel USA Craft Beer umbrella (Boulevard Brewing Co., Brewery Ommegang, Duvel Imports), while communicating with customers daily to provide a top-notch online experience for beer and beverage fans.

Stays on top of digital trends and evolving digital and social media tactics, and interest and/or experience with influencer marketing

Can work quickly and on the fly, while delivering quality work and prioritizing deadlines

Has a knack for writing, from blog posts to captions, to scripts, and everything in-between.

Key Responsibilities

In partnership with the Digital Engagement Manager, develop social strategy and maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring it aligns with Duvel USA’s overall content strategy, campaign focuses, and beer release timelines

Create and develop engaging brand photography and video content for multichannel use across digital, website, social media, e-commerce, retail POS, and trade marketing platforms

Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to execute day-to-day management of brand social media channels (including evening and weekend community management), including content scheduling, community engagement and responding to inquiries. Build brand community by creating authentic connections with fans. Identify opportunities in user-generated content and leverage it on behalf of the brand.

Communicate with followers on social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. Work closely with digital and brand leadership to support digital brand strategy, maintaining consistent social voice and offering timely, educated responses when customer service needs arise.

Follow strategic direction from digital and brand leaders to execute day-to-day website content updates

Collaborate with brand and digital leaders on strategy and creation of paid digital ad sets. Produce content for monthly digital advertising across various platforms, sizing for Meta’s feed and story. Includes some animation and graphic design, with assets being exported in various proprietary formats for internal use and external viewing.

Collaborate with brand and digital leaders on e-mail marketing strategy. Maintain a regular cadence for scheduling, creating and publishing e-blasts to multiple audience lists.

Collaborate with brand and digital leaders and external agencies on influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer research and partnership coordination

Responsible for uploading, backing up and organizing content into shared folders for cross-functional use

Travel and work nights/weekends as needed/requested by brand leadership to capture content and provide social media coverage for key events.

Knowledge, Experience And Abilities Required

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience

Physical Requirements
