Position Overview
Braxton Brewing is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team and bring our tier 2 and tier 3 events to life. This role sits at the intersection of creative marketing and hands-on execution, working closely with our marketing team and taproom managers to create engaging experiences that drive foot traffic, increase transaction volume, and boost average ticket prices across our locations.
Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution
Collaborate with marketing team and taproom managers to develop and execute tier 2 and tier 3 event strategies that drive customer engagement and sales
Coordinate all tactical elements of event execution including vendor relations, material production, staffing coordination, and day-of logistics
Manage event timelines and ensure seamless execution across multiple locations
Creative Development
Develop creative concepts and promotional materials for events including social media content, in-taproom signage, and digital marketing assets
Create compelling event narratives that resonate with our brand and drive customer excitement
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to elevate our event programming
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the liaison between marketing and taproom teams to ensure alignment on event goals and execution
Partner with multiple stakeholders including taproom managers, brewers, and marketing team members to deliver cohesive experiences
Communicate event details, expectations, and results across teams
Performance & Optimization
Track event performance metrics including attendance, transaction volume, and average ticket price
Analyze results and provide recommendations for future event improvements
Maintain organized records of event planning documents, timelines, and post-event reports
Qualifications Required
1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related field
Strong creative skills with experience developing promotional content
Excellent project management abilities with proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends as events required
Self-starter who can work independently while also thriving in collaborative environments
Preferred
Experience in hospitality, craft beverage, or experiential marketing
Knowledge of the craft beer industry and taproom culture
Experience with social media management and content creation
Familiarity with POS systems and sales analytics
