We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative
Videographer & Editor
to join our growing media team. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, an eye for cinematic visuals, and the technical ability to bring bold ideas to life through both filming and editing. You’ll work closely with our creative team on projects ranging from brand commercials and podcast productions to lifestyle shoots and social media content.
Responsibilities
Pre-Production:
Collaborate with producers and directors to plan shoot concepts, storyboards, and shot lists; scout locations, manage gear prep, and ensure all logistics are ready for filming.
Production:
Operate professional cameras (Sony FX3, etc.), lighting, and audio equipment; capture cinematic footage across interviews, commercials, events, and social content; direct talent when needed to achieve creative goals and maintain brand tone.
Post-Production:
Edit footage into polished deliverables for multiple formats (YouTube, Reels, TikTok, commercials, etc.); color grade, mix audio, and apply motion graphics or text overlays as needed; maintain brand consistency across edits and deliver on tight deadlines.
Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with social media managers, creative directors, and clients; stay up to date with trends in short-form and long-form video storytelling; organize and archive media assets for future use.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in videography and editing (agency or brand experience a plus).
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro.
Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and sound.
Experience with social media formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work quickly.
Passion for creative storytelling and visual culture.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with drones (DJI Mavic 3, Mini 4 Pro).
Knowledge of color grading workflows in S-Log3.
Familiarity with AI editing tools and creative software like After Effects or CapCut.
Strong understanding of current trends in content creation and viral video culture.
