The Marketing Operations Specialist will assist in the development of sales publications from the proofing phase through printing and distribution.
Essential Job Functions
Assist with marketing program implementation and support.
Proof all marketing related materials to ensure accuracy prior to deployment.
Monitor release dates to ensure the sales field receives materials on time.
Coordinate the direct shipment of marketing materials from printer to stores.
Supervise vendor billing for participation in programs.
Maintain the budget spreadsheet of marketing expenditures and credit letters.
Develop internal communications for the company intranet as necessary.
Follow up on questions from team members and vendors regarding programs, promotions, flyers, etc.
Assist with grand openings and promotions as needed.
Assist with special department projects as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities Required
High School Diploma
Experience with and knowledge of Adobe, Excel, and Word
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Comfortable in a team-oriented work environment
Must be able to lift packages up to 40 lb
Desired
O’Reilly Auto Parts Store experience or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Queries or similar
College degree with emphasis in Marketing or Advertising
