What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and develop automated email nurture programs

Manage the marketing tech stack, including integrations with Salesforce and analytics platforms

Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs and create dashboards for data‑driven decisions

Optimize lead routing, scoring, and campaign attribution models to improve conversion rates

Collaborate with demand generation, lifecycle, product marketing, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years in a marketing operations role in a B2B SaaS environment

Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Marketo and Salesforce

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools, preferably Tableau

Proven experience with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and marketing campaign reporting

Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote team environment
