Process Design Consultant role Process design consultant role is part of the Single Process Inventory (SPI) Admin team. The focus will be on several SPI related activities.

Review process map, process activities, risks, controls, and measurements

Complete/refresh Activity Risk Assessment (ARA) and Annual Critical Reviews (ACR) Review alignment of risks, controls, and metrics

UCRA/Issue Alignment

Understand control characteristics

Consider client impact, customer complaints, op losses etc.

Schedule deep-dive review with stakeholders track enhancement progress

Continuously monitor and assess controls performance

Reevaluate control environment when process changes are made

Address & resolve any concerns raised in various reviews/routines

Required Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc

Demonstrated team player with the ability to work independently

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent time management skills

Flexible to meet varying hours/days, when necessary

Results driven and metrics focused

Ability to motivate, drive results and reduce risk
