What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a growth-minded Sr. Copywriter/Editory and Brand Storyteller with a refined, elevated aesthetic to join our fast-growing creative team.
A lead copywriter/editor and brand storyteller is a master wordsmith responsible for crafting compelling narratives that capture the essence of a brand. They develop engaging content across various platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone in every piece. This role involves collaborating with different teams both in house and outside agencies to understand the brand's mission and values, translating them into captivating stories that resonate with the target audience. They are meticulous editors, polishing every piece of content to perfection. In today's digital age, they also train AI tools to generate content that aligns with the brand's style and messaging, maximizing efficiency and reach.
The candidate must be a forward thinking leader, eager to understand and navigate the support of growing technology such as Ai in this ever changing landscape. We are seeking a problem solver, cutting edge writer who will be a thought partner in taking the brand to the next level., Deadline-oriented, able to translate edits into creatively cohesive work and understand the importance of cross-team collaboration.
What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference
Brand Voice and Storytelling: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all copywriting, ensuring compelling and engaging storytelling that aligns with brand identity.
AI Tool Management: Train and manage AI copywriting tools to generate content that adheres to established brand voice and tone.
Agency and Team Management: Oversee and manage copywriting support/external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand copy.
Copywriting and Editing: Write and edit clear, concise, and effective copy for a variety of marketing materials, including product descriptions, advertising campaigns, and website content. Includes work with
Design team leaders on the overarching seasonal campaign and product launch messaging.
Provide feedback, support, and growth/education opportunities where applicable to and Ai tools, ensuring they have the foundational needs to continue to grow & progress.
Stay current on trends, culture, and events; bring inspiring external insight into the work and have a natural curiosity for data.
Work with cross-channel partners to glean key performance insights. See all editorial members seamlessly apply learnings day-to-day copy to yield high-performing messaging. Working with systems that prompt and change each channel's specific needs (such as Ai, site, email etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners on content curation, copy editing/direction, and overall brand messaging support
Regularly meet project deadlines and be a true partner in finding workflow efficiencies. Work with cross-channel partners to continue to improve processes and solidify brand guidelines.
Be solution-oriented in the face of challenges.

You Have
At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or another related discipline
Extensive experience in copywriting and editing, with a proven ability to lead and manage teams.
Deep understanding of brand voice and storytelling, with a knack for creating compelling and engaging content.
Experience training and working with AI copywriting tools.
Proven ability to effectively manage external agencies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to deliver creative copy that meets the standards and aesthetic laid out by the Sr Director of Creative
Exceptional editorial aesthetic, with great wit, an eye for grammar, wordplay, humor, and an understanding of what makes memorable messaging
Strong communication skills and understanding on how to approach copy in different mediums to drive conversion and engagement
A strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to come up with original ideas and innovative approaches across channels
Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
