This position is located at NAF Support Services Division - Fort Campbell, KY. This position is eligible for the NAF benefits package and leave accrual. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Duties Responsible for the development of all sponsorship and advertising sales, using a customer-focused consultative selling process. Provide client-need based account management to maximize client/agency results and revenue growth. Sells Army MWR media assets to clients by providing value through digital signage, web and traditional media channels. Develops proposals, meets and presents to clients; maintains a database of active accounts and revenue forecasts. Works closely with internal teams to develop integrated advertising programs. Negotiates pricing and placement for sales campaigns. This position is responsible for the overall coordination of MWR advertising and sponsorship revenue generation through solicitation of commercial businesses who desire a return on investment for their support to MWR events and programs. Requires consistent achievement of sales goals and active management of/prospecting for new clients. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para. 2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. Required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, IAW DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 30 August 1993.
