Utilize the Electronic Medical Records system to communicate patient care and schedule appointments effectively and efficiently. Maintain a high level of customer service, sense of urgency, reliability, data entry accuracy, active listening, and proper phone etiquette. Float and multi-task varying assignments according to departmental needs. Qualifications Experience in patient services or a call center environment preferred.
