Community Manager
We are looking for an energetic, communicative, and experienced Residential Property Manager to join Friedman Real Estate’s team in Indianapolis. In this role, you will be the face of Knoll Ridge Townhomes, establishing and maintaining business operations and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Do you have 2‑3 years of Residential Property Management Experience? This position requires strong multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Rent collections
- Interacting with residents
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Overseeing on‑site contractors
- Marketing and facilities management
- Leasing of new apartments and lease renewals
- Supervision of maintenance and administrative staff
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Property management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Yardi Property Management Software highly preferred
