Job Overview Our client is looking to bring on a Creative Traffic and Project Coordinator to support their creative teams. This is a 1 yr contract to start and is 100% remote. Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Creative Traffic and Project Coordinator to oversee creative workflow and implement operational changes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, be confident in decision‑making, and possess experience with Adobe Workfront. As a Creative Traffic and Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, influence and guide project teams, and ensure seamless and timely project delivery while upholding the highest standards of quality. Base pay range: $28.00/hr – $33.00/hr Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead, guide, and help organize creative project teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. Ensure projects are executed according to scope. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities effectively. Decision‑making: Make informed decisions to keep projects on track. Confidently address challenges and pivot strategies as necessary. Operational Management: Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions. Ensure smooth project operations and optimize processes for efficiency. Prioritization: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Balance competing demands and ensure critical projects receive the necessary focus and resources. Self‑starter: Take initiative and demonstrate a high level of self‑motivation. Drive projects forward with minimal supervision. Tool Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Workfront to track project progress, manage resources, and capture and report data on creative workload. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. 1–2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator in a creative or agency environment. Some experience with Adobe Workfront. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.). Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Confident decision‑making abilities and problem‑solving mindset. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
