Overview Epcon Communities is growing in the Columbus market, and we are looking for a talented Design Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the home design process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy while helping buyers bring their vision of a new home to life. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to homebuyers throughout the design process. Present and explain available options and upgrades, helping customers make informed decisions. Manage and process design selections accurately, including ordering materials. Assist with model home staging and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. Handle additional administrative responsibilities. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. 2–3 years of experience guiding customers through design selections, preferably in homebuilding or a related supplier environment. This position is primarily Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional flexibility required for evenings or weekends as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
