We are looking for a talented Design Consultant to join our Nashville team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the home design process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy while helping buyers bring their vision of a new home to life.

In this role, you will guide homebuyers through their design selections and upgrades, ensuring they feel confident and excited about their choices. You’ll also play an important part in showcasing our homes by coordinating model home design and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

As a Design Consultant, you will:

• Provide exceptional service to homebuyers throughout the design process.
• Present and explain available options and upgrades, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Manage and process design selections accurately, including ordering materials.
• Assist with model home staging and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, organization, and customer service skills, along with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience guiding customers through design selections, preferably in homebuilding or a related supplier environment.
• This position is primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required for evenings or weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Candidates should provide a portfolio link within their resume to demonstrate relevant work experience.
