We are looking for a strong SEO leader who can drive organic growth for our domestic sites. As SEO Manager, you will lead a small SEO team, working closely to ideate and execute revenue-driving organic initiatives. This is a strategic and high‑visibility role where you’ll collaborate with colleagues and senior executives across the company. Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Lead planning and execution of enterprise SEO strategy and roadmap.
- Manage, develop, and mentor a team of SEO experts.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Design, Content, Dev, Product, and Digital PR.
- Own portal‑specific SEO performance KPIs.
- Analyze and report SEO performance to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure top‑tier technical SEO, including crawl, indexation, and structured data coverage.
- Oversee programmatic content strategy targeting multiple high‑impact intent pillars.
- Conduct and evaluate SEO and UX experiments.
- Guide Press and brand‑building specialists.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years experience leading successful programmatic and enterprise SEO.
- Experience leading and mentoring SEO teams.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, including crawl, indexation, and structured data.
- Experience with multiple CMS platforms, including WordPress and Drupal.
- Solid business acumen and ability to connect SEO initiatives to company goals.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and clear communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience reporting SEO performance to executives.
- Experience managing multi‑pillar content strategy and UX/SEO experiments.
- Familiarity with digital PR and brand‑building tactics.
- Curious, proactive, and up‑to‑date on SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proficient with tooling including AHREFS, SimilarWeb, SEMRush, Search Console, Botify, ScreamingFrog, A/B testing platforms, Excel.

About This Team
The SEO team at BOLD is responsible for driving organic traffic to our web portals. In this role, you'll be working closely with the rest of the SEO team, the content team, and other departments including design and engineering to ensure continued growth.

Salary & Eligibility
Pay Range
15 500 – 17 500 PLN gross, Employment Agreement (Umowa o Pracę)

This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
