Senior SEO Manager | Poland (Remote)

Blogmerce HQ is looking for a highly experienced Senior SEO Manager to build and lead the full SEO strategy for HelloMaterials, our fast-growing outdoor and hunting e‑commerce brand. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can drive organic growth from the ground up, manage a full SEO team, and take ownership of the brand’s long‑term search visibility.

What You’ll Do

• Build a complete SEO strategy for HelloMaterials from scratch.
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO writers, outreach specialists, and technical SEO experts.
• Grow organic traffic for the main brand and niche satellite websites.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, site audits, and backlink strategies.
• Improve technical SEO: indexation, site speed, schema, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and E‑E‑A‑T signals.
• Work closely with content, tech, and marketing to implement SEO best practices.
• Track KPIs, report performance, and lead continuous optimization initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in international e‑commerce environments.
• Strong technical SEO expertise (indexation, CWV, server logs, schema, sitemaps).
• Proven experience managing and scaling SEO teams.
• Proficiency with core SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, etc.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to develop data‑driven strategies.
• Understanding of the hunting or outdoor niche is a strong plus.
• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and deliver long‑term organic growth.
• Familiarity with time and project management tools such as Hubstaff, Monday.com, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus.
