to lead digital growth across paid media channels. Hybrid role for Austin-based candidates (2 days/week in office)

Own and optimize paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Develop and execute campaigns that drive efficient customer acquisition and LTV
Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to test and iterate ad concepts
Analyze performance data to uncover insights and inform future strategy
Manage agency partners and performance dashboards to ensure alignment and transparency
Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates to maintain competitive edge
Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for leadership visibility
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this dynamic role:
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in DTC or Consumer Products
Proven track record managing paid social and search campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution models, A/B testing, and funnel metrics
Experience working with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Shopify
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving, and mission-driven environment
Bonus:
Experience in health, wellness, or natural products
