The J.P. Morgan Private Client Marketing Strategy team defines the vision for how we support our rapidly growing affluent segment amidst the launch of a new offering that bridges the gap between Chase Private Client and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. We are a highly collaborative team with an entrepreneurial spirit, committed to delivering the most elevated and personalized experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities
Breaking new ground with personalized digital/physical onboarding and engagement campaigns across channels
Partnering closely with marketing, product owners, content to deliver a surround sound onboarding experience for new customers.
Drive increased personalization and data‑driven customer‑targeted strategies to deliver more relevant and value‑add communications to our customers, and drive organic growth
Strong ability to build relationships and foster alignment across diverse teams to deliver a best‑in‑class onboarding and engagement experience
Own campaigns from end to end – manage targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning, build, execution and reporting
Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard, on time and on budget
Establish metrics, track results and report to senior leadership
Constantly assess trends & innovation across the industry for fit and relevance for opportunities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Bachelor’s Degree required
6+ years of marketing, strategy and analytics experience in financial services.
Highly creative, intellectually curious, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
Action‑oriented, bold thinker who challenges the status quo and drives continuous improvement
Strong project management skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a matrixed organization.
Proven ability to promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately challenging to deliver what’s best for the customer.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Organized and a self‑starter who enjoys being part of an energetic team and able to effectively work independently
Ability to articulate complex issues in a concise, simple and relevant manner to all levels within the business
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
MBA and/or Leadership Program highly preferred
Experience or familiar with private banking and wealth management
