Senior Executive/Executive, Franchise & Corporate Marketing (1-Year Contract)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Executive/Executive, Franchise & Corporate Marketing who is eager to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, creativity-driven entertainment and lifestyle company. In this role, you will work closely with the Regional In-Charge to oversee marketing activities, support corporate planning, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Overall Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns, including creating presentations for internal and external communications.
Assist in planning and implementing marketing initiatives such as promotions, product launches, and collaborations, ensuring smooth execution and effective campaign tracking prior to launch.
Support budget planning and monitor marketing expenses to ensure effective use of resources.
Develop presentation proposals to support pitches and strategic discussions.
Support franchise updates and ensure relevant information is effectively communicated across teams.
Identify trends and opportunities across marketplace channels to drive retail sell-through.
Stay informed on market developments, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to guide marketing strategies.
Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Marketing & Retail Management
Measure and analyze the results and effectiveness of each campaign, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) to identify insights for improving future performance.
Oversee all aspects of event implementation, ensuring proper planning and execution.
Ensure consistent usage of marketing materials, templates, and retail promotions to support events, product launches, and in-store promotions.
Coordinate campaign launches by working with all relevant internal and external parties, including agencies, stakeholders, and creative teams, to ensure timelines are met.
Conduct post-campaign coverage and analysis, delivering reports on marketing project performance and reviewing ROI.
Corporate Management
Work closely with the AVP of Corporate to develop, implement, and monitor corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and long-term goals.
Support the production of corporate collaborations and promotional/messaging materials, including videos, sizzles, print collateral, online creatives, and social media content.
Assist in corporate communication strategy, encompassing brand reputation, media relations, and performance review.
Leverage digital and online communications tools and analytics to achieve the company’s messaging objectives.
Promote collaboration and content sharing to ensure alignment and consistency across teams.
Coordinate interviews, press coverage, and publicity opportunities.
Ensure consistent internal communication to align teams across regions and functions.
Monitor key business and industry-related news to inform corporate strategy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically PowerPoint and Excel
Preferably 2-3 years of marketing/events experience in retail or related industry is an advantage
Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
Creative team player with the ability to think outside the box, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, meticulous, organized, and reliable, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination abilities.
