Account Executive, Sponsorship Marketing (Latin America) (Payment Services Client)
Payment Services client in the Latin American market. Working alongside the Account Director and Account Managers as part of the property management team, the AE will lead project coordination, asset tracking, and process management while helping plan and activate client programs.
Location:
Headquarters in Stamford, CT; position based in Miami, FL with expectation to work up to 3 days per week in client or interagency office.
THE WORK YOU'LL DO
Champion and cultivate relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Support day‑to‑day project management and workflow tracking across sponsorship programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the new Asset Management Tool, tracking deliverables, timelines, and approvals across markets
Assist with implementation, optimization, and training of the tool to ensure seamless integration into existing client processes
Support development of regional toolkits, status trackers, and program dashboards to improve visibility and efficiency
Assist in creating sponsorship presentations to educate and advise markets, enhancing partnership value and activation
Coordinate with the Account Manager on event activations, vendor management, and on‑site logistics
Produce client communications including project updates, recaps, and performance reports
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of property guidelines and sponsorship assets to advise Latin American marketing clients effectively
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A passion for and expertise in sports, music, entertainment and staying up‑to‑date with developments in each industry
At least 2 years of experience in a traditional sponsorship marketing role; agency experience preferred
Fluency in Spanish (required)
Understanding of cultural nuances of the Latin American region and ability to apply that knowledge to advise clients accordingly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays; moderate travel (20‑45%)
