The Integrated Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Marketing team, reporting directly to the CMO. This role is ideal for a dynamic, highly organized marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll lead cross‑functional brand initiatives, ensuring each campaign and touchpoint ladders up to a clear and consistent brand story.
The right candidate is a natural collaborator, skilled at managing multiple projects and stakeholders while keeping strategy and creative alignment. You love connecting the dots between insights, ideas, and outcomes with the know‑how to bring a brand to life across every channel.
Oversight and Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Planning
Partner with senior leadership to help define and execute brand strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Translate positioning, vision, and insights into actionable marketing plans and creative briefs.
Maintain brand consistency and clarity across every customer touchpoint.
Set and track brand‑level KPIs; deliver insights and recommendations to drive growth.
Monitor consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management
Lead 360° brand campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring messaging and creative are cohesive across digital, social, email, PR, and experiential channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build campaigns that engage audiences and deliver measurable results.
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision — balancing creative excellence with operational efficiency.
Support the development of brand partnerships, promotions, and influencer collaborations that extend reach and awareness.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for impact and ROI.
Customer Experience & Engagement
Collaborate with ecommerce, lifecycle, and creative teams to ensure a seamless brand experience from first impression through repeat purchase.
Develop initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty, advocacy, and lifetime value.
Translate customer insights into brand and content opportunities that deepen connection and drive affinity.
Brand Performance & Reporting
Maintain dashboards and reports to track brand health, performance, and perception over time.
Conduct brand and campaign retrospectives to surface learnings and guide future planning.
Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally within a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Proven ability to lead multi‑channel marketing campaigns and manage creative execution.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities; thrives in a multi‑brand, multi‑priority environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset with the ability to move fluidly between big‑picture vision and detail‑oriented execution.
Familiarity with DTC and ecommerce models (Shopify experience a plus).
Experience in the wine, beverage, or lifestyle category preferred but not required.
