2–3+ years in automotive electronics or telematics Experience with wireless and access communication systems Knowledge of tire pressure sensors, CAN/LIN networks, and vehicle diagnostics Key Responsibilities

Implement engineering change management, coordinating with stakeholders such as change‑management teams, suppliers, EBOM specialists, and designers to ensure timely and cost‑effective implementation. Manage Global Issue Management (GIM) for development and production phases, overseeing suppliers, resolving issues, reviewing validation problems, troubleshooting, coordinating root‑cause investigations, and implementing design and process improvements. Lead and supervise software and hardware validation activities from the Tier‑1 supplier for the EE module. Conduct GIM root‑cause analysis for warranty and quality concerns, analyze claims, DTCs, and failure symptoms, and collaborate on corrective actions and validation of fixes. Generate purchase orders, raise requisitions, obtain approvals, and release POs to suppliers for engineering changes, homologation certificates, and part requests. Manage software releases, surveys, drawing updates, and work orders for the EE module, ensuring integration with GIMs and change management. Coordinate engineering and validation activities across RFHM and TPMS programs. Submit and validate compliance reports for wireless devices, manage data, update reports, and coordinate audits for EE ECUs. Resolve quality issues via defined management steps: define the problem, assign responsibilities, identify root causes and permanent corrective actions, implement actions, and close the issue. Interface with Tier‑1 suppliers for root‑cause analysis and documentation. Develop documentation to educate dealers and customers on ECU issues, software releases, and service procedures. Coordinate stakeholder follow‑ups for changes, POs, and compliance, maintain documentation for audits including VFs and CR updates. Support development of next‑generation security modules.
