POSITION SUMMARY We’re seeking a

detail-oriented and data-driven Product Marketing Analyst

to join the Uniworld Boutique River Cruises Product Marketing team. In this role, you’ll

provide insights that drive go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement . You’ll gather and analyze data from multiple sources, track competitive benchmarks, and turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights that help shape marketing and product decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

Drive insights and enable

data-informed decision-making

across marketing initiatives. Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from internal systems, customer research, and market sources to uncover trends and opportunities that inform product and marketing strategies.

Market and Competitive Research:

Conduct

primary and secondary research,

including surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and validate new product concepts. Maintain ongoing competitive benchmarking and market intelligence.

Reporting, Automation, and Visualization:

Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools like

Power BI ,

Excel , and

Copilot . Leverage

Power Automate

and other AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and reduce manual data handling. Continuously look for opportunities to

incorporate AI into analytics and workflow processes

to enhance efficiency and insight generation.

Voice of Customer Insights:

Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify key themes, satisfaction drivers, and unmet needs. Synthesize insights that inform messaging, product positioning, and customer experience improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with the Product Marketing Manager and collaborate cross-functionally to

ensure alignment on projects and workflows

managed in Monday.com.

ROLE SUCCESS CRITERIA

Deliver accurate, timely, and visually clear reports and dashboards that directly inform marketing and product decisions.

Maintain a competitive and market intelligence framework that informs positioning and strategic differentiation.

Conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative research (surveys, interviews, voice of customer) that drives actionable recommendations.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com), Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, Excel), and leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

2+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or product marketing analytics, ideally within a data-driven or insights-focused team.

Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product and marketing strategy.

Experience with market research and competitive intelligence, including conducting primary and secondary research (surveys, interviews, open-source data collection).

Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) to support cross-functional coordination and workflow management.

Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Copilot, Power Automate, and Excel) for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automation to streamline data analysis and enhance productivity.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives and effectively present insights to non-technical audiences.

High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with a proactive approach to improving processes and workflows.
