As the Marketing Coordinator for a boutique real estate agency, you will oversee and execute all marketing operations that support both the company and our real estate agents across multiple offices and listings. This
is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week) . The role bridges creative strategy, production management, and day-to-day marketing execution to ensure brand consistency and maximize visibility across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and allocate agent marketing budgets, coordinating projects such as photoshoots, floorplans, postcards, signage, and video production.
Collaborate with photographers, designers, and print vendors to create high-quality, on‑brand marketing materials and promotional assets.
Coordinate print and digital advertising campaigns, including placement, design approval, and publication with external media partners.
Develop and distribute company and agent newsletters, eblasts, and market reports through EMMA and Back At You platforms.
Oversee social media and PR content approvals, ensuring cohesive branding and timely promotion of company press and agent achievements.
Support event marketing initiatives, including trade shows, sponsorships, and community activations.
Manage office window displays, signage requests, and branded collateral for all locations.
Assist agents with marketing systems and tools, including listing uploads, postcard fulfillment, and virtual staging resources.
Provide creative and logistical support for new development marketing, proposals, and staging coordination.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in marketing, real estate marketing, or a related field.
Understanding of marketing platforms including EMMA, Back At You, & OLR.
Tech‑savvy with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media management, email marketing tools, and digital advertising best practices.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Strong eye for design, branding, and visual consistency.
Experience coordinating with vendors, designers, and photographers.
Comfortable working with CRMs, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and project management skills.
