to lead data‑driven insights that connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
Base pay range:
$90,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr
What you'll do
Build the Marketing Intelligence function: Establish frameworks that measure marketing effectiveness and ladder up to enterprise objectives.
Drive performance insights: Develop and implement media mix models, campaign performance optimization strategies, and paid media analytics to improve ROI.
Tell the story: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that demonstrate how marketing activities impact business results.
Partner for success: Collaborate with world‑class data and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
Lead innovation: Champion AI‑driven approaches for marketing analytics and ensure the team is equipped to leverage emerging technologies.
Influence decisions: Present insights to senior leadership and guide strategic investments across marketing channels.
Mentor and grow talent: Build a high‑performing team focused on continuous learning and cutting‑edge analytics practices.
What you’ll bring
Proven expertise: 7+ years in marketing analytics, operations analytics, or related fields, with experience in performance marketing and media optimization.
Technical depth: Strong skills in SQL, Python, and advanced analytics tools; proficiency in visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
AI mindset: Experience applying AI/ML techniques to marketing analytics and a passion for driving innovation through technology.
Strategic thinking: Ability to connect marketing metrics to business objectives and influence executive decision‑making.
