Director of Sales & Marketing – Long-Term Care Pharmacy (DFW)

What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire
Set the vision and go‑to‑market strategy for both new business and account expansion across Assisted Living, SNF, and other LTC segments.
Hire, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives; roll up your sleeves for joint calls, deal strategy, and weekly pipeline reviews.
Drive Growth
Own the annual sales plan, territory design, forecast accuracy, and budget for all sales and marketing programs.
Break into new markets by identifying high‑value prospects, nurturing C‑suite relationships, and negotiating multi‑site contracts.
Build the Brand
Oversee marketing campaigns, trade‑show strategy, digital content, and in‑service training to keep M Chest top‑of‑mind with LTC decision‑makers.
Partner with Operations, Pharmacy, and Clinical teams to refine service offerings and ensure an outstanding customer experience from pitch to go‑live.
Think Strategically, Act Decisively
Analyze market trends, competitive intel, and performance metrics to course‑correct quickly.
Present regular growth updates to the Executive Team; recommend investments that maximize ROI and expand market share.
What You Bring
7+ years of B2B sales experience in long‑term care pharmacy, healthcare services, or a closely related field.
3+ years leading a quota‑carrying sales team—comfortable setting targets, giving feedback, and celebrating wins.
Demonstrated success closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals and scaling revenue above $10 M+.
Data‑driven approach to territory planning, forecasting, and funnel management.
Superb communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Valid Driver’s License; able to travel 40–50 % across Texas and neighboring states (mostly Mon–Thu).
