About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in lead generation for IT and app development services, targeting international markets (primarily USA, UK, UAE, and Australia).
The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing channels with measurable ROI. Prior experience in generating qualified B2B leads for custom mobile and web application development is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant international channels.
Develop performance marketing strategies to acquire high-quality leads for custom app development services (mobile, web, AI, etc.).
Create detailed audience segmentation and targeting strategies for each geography (USA, UK, UAE, Australia).
Define and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
Performance Marketing & Optimization
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion performance.
Optimize campaigns for quality score, ad rank, and conversion tracking accuracy.
Work with the design and content team to create high-performing ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
Ensure all campaign assets align with the company’s brand voice and business goals.
Analytics & Reporting
Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel.
Generate weekly and monthly reports showcasing lead quality, CPL, ROI, and channel performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Analyze competitors’ campaigns and identify new digital opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and tools relevant to the IT services domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing focused on IT or app development services.
Proven track record of generating qualified international leads for custom app or web development projects.
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing)
LinkedIn Ads (optional but preferred)
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, GA4, UTM tracking, and reporting tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
Excellent understanding of funnel strategy, targeting, and remarketing.
Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to execution and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in promoting B2B software, SaaS, or app development services in international markets.
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Performance Marketing.
Prior agency experience or in-house experience with an IT services or digital agency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of qualified international leads generated per month.
Cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rate.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and campaign ROI.
Lead-to-client conversion quality as validated by the sales team.
