The Marketing Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales and customer service teams within Strong Automotive. Key Responsibilities
Process customer projects accurately and efficiently, including data entry, order tracking, and communication with various departments delivering digital and traditional marketing.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed in the company’s CRM system.
Coordinate with the account management team to support their efforts in acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the management team.
Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field highly preferred.
Required Experience
1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
