Senior Design Lead - Allegro PCB

Job Summary The Senior Design Lead for Allegro PCB plays a critical role in overseeing multiple design teams, establishing organizational design standards, and driving innovation within the design process. This position is pivotal in ensuring that design efforts align with business objectives, thereby enhancing user experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Apply advanced proficiency in Allegro PCB to define and implement best practices for PCB design, ensuring that products are user‑friendly, intuitive, and meet user expectations.

Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing strategic guidance to facilitate the delivery of innovative and high‑quality design solutions that align with business objectives.

Present and advocate for design concepts, actively contributing to the development and execution of the overall design vision and strategy.

Conduct thorough research on industry trends and emerging technologies in PCB design to foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the design teams.

Skill Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Allegro PCB for PCB layout and design.

Strong knowledge of CAD software for 2D and 3D design applications.

In‑depth understanding of design principles and methodologies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey design concepts.

Certification (Optional)

IPC (Institute of Printed Circuits) certification for PCB design.

CAD software certifications relevant to PCB design.
