Qualifications What you will do:
Assist with day‑to‑day functions of the audiovisual office in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Set up, operate, and strike all audiovisual sets, ensuring maximum client service, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service
Contribute to effective day‑to‑day operations management
Set up and strike equipment on time and accurately according to company guidelines
Continuously improve audiovisual skills and knowledge
Maintain positive public relations with hotel accounts
Maintain positive employee relations, team‑player orientation, and communication standards
Utilize company business software effectively
Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image
Plan ahead effectively and manage multiple projects
Analyze problems and find solutions
Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Experience & Qualifications Required
Minimum three years’ experience in the AV industry
Advanced knowledge with AV set‑ups and strikes
Background in customer service or hospitality
Certification in AV technology or related courses (preferred)
Proficiency with audio equipment (microphones, speakers, mixers)
Proficiency with video equipment (projectors, screens, monitors)
Proficiency with lighting equipment (go‑bows, gels, uplighting)
Advanced computer skills on PC and Mac software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work long hours on feet, lift up to 75 lb, work a varied schedule
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for company vehicle)
