BIM Designer – Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking three BIM Designers at varying experience levels to support high-impact infrastructure projects across New York City. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to transformative public works.
Role Overview
As a BIM Designer, you will be responsible for developing and managing 3D models and 2D drawings, supporting BIM workflows, and assisting with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs. You’ll work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and digital delivery across multiple infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using Bentley and Autodesk platforms
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design precision
Support BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams
Assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs
Ensure model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to digital delivery strategies Qualifications
Proficiency in OpenRoads, MicroStation, Bentley, Revit, and AutoCAD
Strong understanding of BIM principles and digital design workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience Levels
Entry-Level: 0–2 years of experience
Mid-Level: 2–4 years of experience
Senior -Level: 6+ years of experience + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field Work Environment
Hybrid schedule based in NYC

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $63.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
