If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and enjoy seeing your work directly influence production and product innovation, this role is for you.**What You’ll Do*** Design and fabricate prototypes, tooling, and fixtures using manual and CNC equipment* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes* Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives* Create and update CAD models and drawings (SolidWorks preferred)* Assist with equipment repair and process documentation* Partner with supply chain to support design changes and supplier development**What You Bring*** Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical/electronics technology* 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with CNC and manual machining experience* Proficiency in CAD/CAM (SolidWorks, FeatureCAM preferred)* Strong skills in process development, fixture design, and blueprint reading* Experience with inspection tools and statistical process control (SPC, DOE a plus)**Company Benefits:*** Compensation commensurate with experience* 401K with company match* Medical/Dental/Vision* Vacation & Paid Holidays* Connection with Marmon Holdings companywide initiativesFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
