About the role Product Designer – User Expansion team within the Collaborate pillar. You will drive discovery, research, and ideation, partnering closely with product management and engineering to propose and drive exciting new product opportunities. You'll unlock new invite and collaboration opportunities, re‑envision the sharing experience, and improve the review and commenting experience.
Location Remote‑first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
Employment Full‑time • Permanent • Exempt
Compensation The cash compensation is tailored to align with geographic markets. Base pay ranges are outlined below; the specific base salary within the range will be determined by your location, experience, qualifications, and skills. You are also eligible for Webflow's company‑wide bonus program; target amounts vary by career level and are based on company performance.
United States (USD):
Zone A: $128,600 – $173,800
Zone B: $121,000 – $163,200
Zone C: $113,000 – $152,600
Canada (CAD):
Zone: 145,900 – 197,300

Reporting Product Design Manager
As a Product Designer you’ll…
Design exceptional end‑to‑end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore problem spaces and identify potential solutions.
Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points.
Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle technical and user‑experience dependencies.
Deliver high‑quality designs and specifications to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers.
Webflow supports you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie, helping you incorporate them into your role.

Balance user needs with business impact by testing, learning, and iterating fast.

Build effective partnerships with engineering, product, and other cross‑functional partners.
