The Assistant Production Manager reports directly to the Print Production Manager and is primarily responsible for producing wide‑format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn‑around times, high‑quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste. Responsibilities Lead the printing and production of client orders Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make graphics print‑ready Operate and maintain large‑format printers, laminators, and plotters Provide graphic design services (unless outsourced) Complete smaller graphic installations Unload and unpack deliveries to the studio Conduct vehicle inspections and site surveys for measurements Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; make deliveries Utilize CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes Ideal Candidates 2+ years of experience designing or working with vehicle graphics and templates Experience with large‑format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program) Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Additional training/development opportunities We value the relationship between our clients and their customers and deliver quality work on time, every time.
