Our talented team of music lovers collaborates all over the globe, from Limassol to Seoul and Boston to Berlin. We’re an ambitious company with the drive and culture of a startup, with many more exciting Muse Group developments to come.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Essential Elements Music Class (EEMC) platform – a K–5 digital curriculum for general music education. In this role, you will combine customer‑centric product thinking with a strong understanding of elementary education to shape a platform that impacts teachers and students nationwide (and beyond). You’ll work cross‑functionally to ensure EEMC remains pedagogically sound, engaging for learners, and successful as a growing EdTech product.
What’s in it for you? Lead a flagship EdTech product shaping the future of music education
Join a global, music‑loving team with startup energy
Work remotely with freedom and flexibility
Make an impact on thousands of teachers and students nationwide
You won't hear water cooler chat about the weather here at Muse, here we are rating our favorite Prince albums and discussing Japanese punk.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and drive the EEMC vision, roadmap, and budget, aligning updates with educator needs, curriculum standards, and business goals.
Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with educators, engineers, designers, content, and marketing teams; serve as the bridge between pedagogy and technology.
User‑Centric Development: Gather feedback from teachers, administrators, and students; use research and data to improve engagement and learning outcomes. Provide training for K–5 curriculum implementation (extending to 6–8 as needed).
Data‑Driven Growth: Track product usage and engagement; apply analytics and testing to guide growth‑focused improvements while ensuring educational impact.
Go‑to‑Market & Support: Partner with marketing and sales on launches; develop training and communications to drive adoption. Act as key contact for stakeholders and partners.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure the digital curriculum and assessments remain high‑quality, standards‑aligned (e.g. National Core Arts Standards), and compliant with student privacy/SaaS requirements in school environments. Continuously evaluate and refine the content offering to keep it relevant, inclusive, and globally adaptable.
Required Experience:
Experience: 5+ years in EdTech product management (K–12 or supplemental education). Proven record managing digital products from concept to growth. Bachelor’s in Music Education (or related field) and classroom teaching experience a plus.
Education Knowledge: Strong grasp of U.S. elementary (K–5) curricula, pedagogy, and assessment methods. Certification or international curriculum experience is a plus.
Product Development: Experience building education products that support teachers and engage students, with alignment to learning standards and measurable outcomes.
Collaboration: Skilled in cross‑functional teamwork with educators, engineers, designers, and content teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with SaaS tools and digital platforms in schools; able to navigate technical discussions.
Communication: Clear and confident communicator, with experience presenting to leadership or educator communities.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data and feedback to guide product decisions and drive growth.
Passion for Music Education: Direct teaching, platform, or personal music experience is highly valued.

Radical responsibility means taking personal accountability for every aspect of personal and team work, including problems and their solutions. It shifts focus from "we" to "I," where I take full responsibility for the result without blaming external circumstances or other people.
Follow the principles of persistence and strive for the best results.
Ask for help when needed and offer it to others.
