What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own and drive growth initiatives focused on end-user acquisition, activation, and monetization
Optimize key touchpoints such as SEO, onboarding, templates, and landing pages to enhance user conversion and engagement
Collaborate with design, marketing, and engineering teams to rapidly test and iterate on growth hypotheses
Analyze data and work closely with experimentation teams to inform product decisions and measure impact
Identify monetization opportunities and develop features that align with both business and user goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience driving growth for SaaS products
Expertise in SEO, onboarding optimization, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics
Strong product intuition and creativity in identifying levers for user acquisition and retention
Passion for creating user-centered experiences that foster meaningful engagement
Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and data interpretation to guide product decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with AI-powered collaboration tools or similar technologies
Background in product management within a technology or software environment
Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and methodologies
